Feels Like your Living on a Ranch

Definitely one of the nicest neighborhoods in West Hood River.  The developer was able to preserve the feel of the original farm by utilizing the existing terrain and adding simple, but elegant features such as scattered boulders and quiet ponds to accentuate the appearance.  Round rail fences and natural colored building materials and paint have created a very attractive neighborhood.  It is un-gated and as a result feels welcoming, but there is still a ton of privacy with each home on over 1-2 acres.  Every home has a view of Mt. Adams.  

These are large homes with two story construction.  Many have 3 car garages.  All are really beautiful.  These are perfect for large families or if 'extra' space is your thing.  Be aware that the price tag definitely reflects the uniqueness of this special place.
